Public Enterprise "Veterinarska stanica Gradacac" Ltd is the legal successor of the Public Enterprise Veterinarska stanica Gradacac.

Except veterinary activities that the company performs in the public social interest, the Company carries out activities related to animal breeding, wholesale of grain, seeds and animal feed, retail flowers, plants, seeds, fertilizers, pet animals and food pets in specialized stores.

The function of the Assembly of the Company, on behalf of the Founder, is carried out by the municipal mayor. The Supervisory Board consists of three members including the President and they will all be appointed for a term of four years. The function of the Company's management is performed  by the director of the company. The Audit Committee consists of three members, appointed by the Assembly of the Company.
